We invite you to join Meegs in ceremony to connect to your heart and honour the magic and wisdom within. We will activate our heartsease through the use of cacao, intention setting, breath work, meditation and sound. Cacao is a powerful plant medicine that has been used for thousands of years throughout South & Central American tribes. It is our connection to Earth and spirit. The spirit of mama cacao holds and guides us so we may see clearly and move through life with more ease and flow.
As the end of winter approaches this is the perfect opportunity for inner reflection before we enter a new season.
